Mother's name from marriage record is his father's second wife - Caroline Elizabeth Stace. His birth mother Eliza died in 1869 when he was 8 years old. 1861 Census record attached shows household: father William (Coachman) and birthplace Ashford, Kent (both match Harry's marriage record). However birth year is not quite right , he would be 29, not 28. Anyway, this is the same Harry Williamson.

In the 1871 census he is living at 8 New Street with his siblings and a housekeeper. Meanwhile his widowed father William is living (or at least working) at a hotel in the next street. Also working/living that that hotel (Saracens Head) is Caroline E Stace, a 23yo chamber maid. That name matches Harry's mother's name on his marriage certificate. His father William married Caroline later that same year.
