Biography

Elizabeth Williamson was born on the 19th of January, 1812 in Georgia. Elizabeth is the daughter of Micajah Williamson and his wife Elizabeth, whose maiden name is unknown.

Elizabeth married her first husband, Sterling Hardage on the 25th of July, 1834, in Harris Co., Georgia.

Elizabeth and Sterling Hardage were the parents of two daughters: Elizabeth Priscilla Hardage, and Martha Hardage.

Elizabeth's husband Sterling Hardage died about 1836, in Chambers County, Alabama.

Elizabeth married her second husband, Garrett Wilder on the 11th of August, 1839, in Chambers County, Alabama.

Elizabeth and Garrett were the parents of Louisa Wilder, Micajah Wilder, Nancy C. Wilder, and Mary Wilder.

Elizabeth appears in the 1850 Federal Census in Chambers County, Alabama, in the household of her husband.

Elizabeth appears in the 1860 Federal Census in Randolph County, Alabama, in the household of her husband.

Elizabeth appears in the 1870 Federal Census in Randolph County, Alabama, in the household of her husband.

Elizabeth appears in the 1880 Federal Census in Clay County, Alabama, in the household of her husband.

Elizabeth died on the 19th of January, 1894, in Clay County, Alabama, and is buried next to her husband Garrett Wilder, in the Old Lineville City Cemetery, in Lineville, Alabama.
