Frank Williford Sr. was born on March 5, 1855 in Quitman, Clark County, Mississippi. He was the son of George and Martha (Daughtary) Williford. Frank would marry Louise Estes Hunter on November 4, 1885. Together Frank and Louise would have the following children:
