Mary was the wife of Timothy Spencer.[1] In her Revolutionary War pension application, she stated that she and Timothy were married August 20, 1779 in Stokes County, NC. In this application, she mentions a child, Kindness Woody, the widow of Taunton Woody, and a son, Samuel, who was 51 years old.[2]
