Bowman's transcription of Bridgewater Vital Records listed Nathanael among the children of Nathan'l and Lydia Willis born in Bridgewater, Massachusetts: "Nathanael Willis was born Febru 16 Anno Dom 1679/80."[1]
Nathaniel Willis (of Bridgewater) and Hannah Titus of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, were married on June 25, 1712, in Rehoboth.[2]
Nathaniel Willis, husband of Hannah, died in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, on 19 May 1747.[3]
