His Will was written 8 Feb 1688/9 and proved 25 Feb 1689 in Boston. It names his wife Lydia (executrix) and her brother Michael Willis. It names his sons Michael, Joseph, and George and his daughters Hannah and Lydia.[4]
Lydia passed away Dec 1704.

The dates for her birth and marriage suggest she was the daughter of Michael’s first wife, rather than his second.
