James Willis was born in New Wiltshire Settlement, Prince Edward Island (date unknown) and was baptized on Feb 3, 1845 at St. John's Anglican Church in Crapaud, PEI.[1] He was the child of James Willis and Mary Ann Prictor.

James was born about 1842.
