Willis-1050 and Willis-4425 appear to represent the same person because: Elisa has provided another clue to the third marriage for Lewis Willis to Eliza Bromfield...
Thank you for posting that info! I believe we can merge the profiles now. Just wanted to make sure as I had not seen a third marriage! Alas... you never know!
Details of Elizabeth Bromfield and Lewis Willis can be found in , "A sketch of the Willis family of Virginia, and of their kindred in other states. With brief biographies of the Reades, Warners, Lewises, Byrds, Carters, Champs, Bassetts, Madisons, Daingerfields, Thorntons, Burrells, Taliaferros, Tayloes, Smiths, and Amblers"

Willis-4425 and Willis-1050 are not ready to be merged because: Not sure about Elizabeth Bromfield being one of this particular Lewis Willis' wives. Too late in both of their lives.
Do you have proof of the marriage to Elizabeth Bromfield? Seems to me that was fairly late in his life and there are a lot of similar Lewis Willis's out there.
