James Douglas Willoughby was born on July 19, 1837 in Croydon, Surrey, England to James Willoughby and Lucy Marchant.
He married Mary Jordan on December 28, 1863 in Warialda. They had nine children together.[1]
James died on October 4, 1913 in Boomi.[2]
