Abigail, daughter of Francis Willoughby, was baptised on 23 Dec 1576 in Kingsbury, Warwickshire, England.[1]
After the death of her father, who had considerable debts, Abigail had to take action against her brother-in-law Percival Willoughby (who had inherited the debts) to protect her settlement.[2][3]
