Disputed Origins
In many online genealogies, a "Frances Willoughby", daughter of Nehemiah Willoughby is shown as having married Thomas Colby by 1699, at Amesbury, Massachusetts. However, no sources found show her last name at birth. Torrey lists Thomas Colby's marriage to Frances ________,[2] as does another source as well.[1] Additionally, no sources were found to show that Nehemiah Willoughby had a daughter named Frances, although he did have a son named Francis, who was born Sept. 28, 1672, at Charlestown, Massachusetts.[3] Nehemiah's list of known children is shown in this source.[4]

In all the research I've done lately, and the various histories on Francis Willoughby and his son Nehemiah, there is no daughter Frances, only the son Francis. Thomas Colby married Frances Webb. Parents need to be removed as this is incorrect.
I will leave her last name as Unknown. The only "source" that shows her name as Webb is from US and Intl Marriage records, which is not reliable (it is based on family genealogies, in part)
