Roxanna Wilson was born on 24 Nov 1854 in Rutherford County, North Carolina, the daughter of William Wilson and Sarah Green Wilson.
Roxanna married first Columbus M. Webb on 31 Oct 1878 in Rutherford County, North Carolina.
She married second Joseph Hinton Parham. They had the following children:
- William Joseph Parham b: 5 May 1886 in South Carolina
- John Horace Parham b: 2 Nov 1888 in South Carolina
- Clara Anna Parham b: 8 Sep 1889 in South Carolina
- Sarah Annie Tabitha Parham b: 2 May 1891 in South Carolina
- Eula Estine Parham b: 29 Apr 1892 in South Carolina
- Hattie Mae Parham b: 18 Nov 1895 in South Carolina
- Lillie Parham b: Abt Dec 1898 in South Carolina[1]
Roxanna died on 3 Nov 1931 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina and was buried at Cedar Shoals Baptist Cemetery, Hobbyville, Spartanburg. [2]
