Sarah Wilson was born on 15 Apr 1766 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Andrew Wilson and Lillias Porter. Sarah married John Skinner, Jr., on 4 Jun 1792 in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. She passed away on 9 Mar 1834 in Letterkenny Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. She is buried in the Horse Valley Cemetery, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, USA.[1] [2]
