Franklin Barr Wimer was born March 1846 in Slippery Rock, Butler, Pennsylvania. He married Mary Jane Miller. Children of the marriage were Dick (Richard?) Wimer, Joseph L. Wimer, and Charles Wimer.[1] He died in 1928.
