DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sarah:

I think that Sarah (Elizabeth) Walker, the daughter of William is not the daughter of the William shown here. She has a sister, Elizabeth Sarah (Walker) Johnson that supposedly married the Reverend JohnJohnston of Bishopstown ... who actually lived his entire life in Scotland ... but that is another story.

Walker-20716 and Winston-703 do not represent the same person because: Robert Allen married Sarah Walker, daughter of William Walker, not Sarah Winston: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/381966?availability=Family%20History%20Library

Walker-20716 and Winston-703 appear to represent the same person because: dups with same husband and same daughter. Walker is the maiden name for first wife. The final merge surname should be Winston.

This profile is mistakenly combining the names for the 2 wives of Robert Allin=Allen (1675-1756) ...

1 married 1700 Elizabeth (Walker) 2 married c1733 Sarah (Winston)

Since you are saying she is the mother of Margaret then this profile should be merged with Sarah (Winston) Allen. Thanks for your help in fixing this problem.

From the book "Allens of the Southern States" found here: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/381966?availability=Family%20History%20Library

Robert Allen (d.ca.1756) was probably born before 1682, married Sarah Walker, daughter of William Walker, and they had at least six sons. They lived in New Kent and Henrico Counties, Virginia.

The profile for https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Walker-2344 calls her Elizabeth and quotes this same source. Perhaps Sarah Walker and Elizabeth are the same person, but I don't think that Sarah should be merged into the Winston profile.

This is confusing. Are you saying that
- his wife Elizabeth Walker should be changed to Sarah Walker ?
OR
- his wife Elizabeth Walker should be detached because she was married to someon else ?

Do you know if there even was a wife called Sarah Winston ... or is that a mistake that should be changed to Sarah Walker ?

The "source" on this page points to a family tree that matches that of Elizabeth Walker, daughter of William (David???) Walker and Elizabeth Warren and that she died in 1758.

Some trees split their daughters into Elizabeth and Sarah. For example: https://mykindred.com/cloud/TX/familygroup.php?familyID=F18291&tree=mykindred01

But, I am of the humble opinion that Elizabeth and Sarah are one person. I don't think there is a Winston in the mix. I would remove Sarah Walker, mother of Margaret, from the wrong William Walker and merge both Sarah Walker and Sarah Winston into Elizabeth and put "Sarah" as a nickname. But, that is just my way of doing things, since the reference on Elizabeth's page says that Robert Allen and "Sarah" were the parents of eight children, I don't think he had the time for multiple wives.

Looking at the family group sheet shows room for more children IF Sarah/Elizabeth died in 1758. https://www.wikitree.com/treewidget/Allen-21348/300

That may sound as confusing as anything before. Sorry
