Biography
When Harold William Winters was born on December 11, 1907, in Pennsylvania, his father, William, was 32 and his mother, Mary, was 30. He married Annette Bess SUTHERLAND on August 9, 1926, in Petersburg, West Virginia. They had at least one child during their marriage. He died on July 30, 1984, in Darlington, Pennsylvania, at the age of 76.
