Samuel Lee Rader with A Memory ; Elizabeth Rader (Wolfenbarger) was my Grandmother and as a child visited her at her home. Two things stand out from my time there. One was her WONDERFUL Feather Bed she let me sleep in, Two was a gnarled home made vine cane she used. The cane is now mine . A treasure of my heritage. I now have a Photo of Elizabeth , and my Grandfather Renick Lee Rader, Whom I never knew, as sadly he passed two Years after I was born. Also is the formal photo I have with all My Uncles and my only Aunt. My Father was the youngest and was about 17 or 18 at the time. Earliest Photo I've ever seen of him. I was born 7 Oct 1935, same day as James Samuel Adamson, my other Grandfather, so was named after both of them Samuel Lee Rader. Now I treasure the Cane and the Photo.
