Biography

Carrie Salina Womack was born 1871 to William W. Womack and Jane Philbeck in Cleveland County, North Carolina. "Carrie" is the name on her death certificate. [1] She never married and died in 1940. She and her sister Minnie share a grave marker in Lebanon Methodist Church Cemetery in Polk County, North Carolina.
