George was born in February 1850 in Mississippi. He was the son of Burgess Womack and Elizabeth Womack. He passed away in April 1933 and is buried in Amos Griffith Cemetery, Smithville, DeKalb County, Tennessee.[1]
George married Esther America Griffith on 28 August 1870 in DeKalb County, Tennessee.[2]
