Martha M Womack was born on 8 Mar 1882 in Grayson, Carter County, Kentucky, daughter of Archer Womack and Martha Adeline Hatchett.^[1]

Martha (23) and Andrew Erlin Slye (21) were married on 29 Jul 1905. Their known son was Leonard Franklin Slye (1911–1998).
