Will of William Womack of Bristol Parish
To daughter Susanna, cow and calf
To three daughters Phebe, Priscilla, and Audria, each a cow and calf at age 16 or marriage
To son Henry, items at age 16, and land at 16 if his mother marries,
but if she remain a widow, he gets land at 21.
Wife Susanna to be executrix and have rest of estate

Will of William Womack May 14, 1718.
In the name of God Amen
I Will'm Womak of Bristol Parish in ye County of Henir-do make & declare this my last will & testament in manner & forme following. that is to say. First I beq'th my soule to Allmighty God beleiveing remishon of sinns & everlasting life by ye merits death & pashin of Jesus Christ my lord & onley saviour.
It'm I beq'th to my daughter Susanah a cow calfe called primro-- --& ye mare Filley which now followeth ye mare Ha-ar{d}
It'm I beq'th to my three daughters Phebe Priscilla and Audria each a young cow & caulfe when arived to ye age of sixteene or married.
It'm I beq'th to my son Henry Womak, a feather bed & furnitu {re} ye same bed & furniture whih now hy on a gun & one iron pott:
I wille & ordaine yt my son Henry to have his Estate dele_rd to him ye sd Henry when A{r}ived to ye age of sixteene
It'm I beq'th to my son Henry above sd all my lands &_____it far him ye sd Henry to take possession of ye same att ye age of sixteene if his mother should marrie but if she remaines a widdow not to be n possession untill he arives att ye age of twenty
It'm I nominate and appoynt my loving wife Susanah shich now Executrix of to whome I give all ye rest of my Estate after______ ______ my debts funaral Expences & other____ ____ ____ ___& discharg___for Confir__&my testomony of ye same have hereunto set my hand & seale 14th of May 1718
