Biography

Jerial buried Fuller Cem. Woodland, MI Obit. He was a great reader, man of deep thought, and very pleasant in conversation. I found that great grandpa Hiram Wood and later grandpa Jerial had 86 acres in a plot 3/4 mile long east -west, at the NE corner of the intersection one mile North of Coats Grove corner of Durkee Rd and Davenport Rd., running on the north side of Davenport road. . And 35 acres on the SW corner of Davenport Rd and N.Matin Rd. a mile east and a mile north of Coats Grove. A square 35 acres ajoining both roads. 1895 plat shows belonging to Jerial, but other records show that he had lived there all his life,  ? so the land was Hiram and Elida A Wood's original homestead, maybe?.t
