Biography

Felix Wood is a Military Veteran.
Served in the American Civil War

Felix was born on 24 December 1839 in Jefferson County, Alabama, USA. He was the son of Edmund Wood and Stella (Tarrant) Wood.[1]

In the 1850 census Felix (age 10) was living in Woods, Jefferson, Alabama.[2]

He served the Confederate States of America during the Civil War. He enlisted on June 4, 1861 at the age of 22. He was a 3rd Corporal in Company B., 10th Regiment, Alabama Infantry.[3]

He died, at the age of 90, on November 21, 1930 in Brimingham, Alabama.[1] He is buried at the Wood Cemetery, Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama.[5]
