Obadiah Wood, son of Edward and Ruth, was bpt at Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England, 2 Oct 1625. He immigrated to New England in 1639, with his family, who settled in Charlestown, Massachusetts.[1]
Obadiah was a biscuit baker. He married twice, first to Margaret Sparks. She died Ipswich 5 July 1667. Obadiah married second after 19 Nov 1671 Hazelephony (Willix) Gee. She was widow of John Gee, dtr of Balthasar and Hannah (____) Willix, and she died 27 Nov 1714 at Ipswich.[1]
He died in Ipswich, Massachusetts, Nov 1694.[1]
