Jabez Wood, son of Samuel Wood, married Mercy Fuller on 05 April 1716 in Middleborough. She was the daughter of Jabez Fuller.[1]
In 1721, Mercy and her husband Jabez Wood signed a receipt for her share of her brother, Samuel Fuller's estate.[2]
He married as his second wife Mary Thompson "of Chebacco" after intentions were published at Ipswich on 03 November 1737.[3]
This Jabez was called "senior" in the birth records of his last six children to distinguish him from Jabez (husband of Hannah), son of David, born a year later. Both were having children in Middleborough during the same period.[3]
Children of Jabez and Mercy (Fuller) Wood were born in Middleborough:[3]
