The publication "A sequel to The Waters and Farrow Families", by William C. Wetzel, published in the PDC Quarterly in the Fall of 1992, Vol. 16, No. 3, gives Rebecca's death date as 26 Feb 1791. It states, "Captain Farrow was married three times: first to Miss Rebecca Ward 1753 – 26 Feb 1791. Also in a Sons of the American Revolution application (approved), her death date is listed as "1791".
