She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Woods of Narandera. Her husband predeceased her by four years. Deceased was aged 69 and is survived by a family of two sons, Jim (Lidcombe), Ernie (West Blowering) and three daughters, Leah (Mrs. Kane, Gosford), Lillie (Mrs. Sheather, Gundagai) and Betty (Mrs. Keen, Temora). One daughter, Susie (Mrs. Whittacker) predeceased her. She was also survived five sisters, Mrs. Smith (Adelaide), Mrs. Hawke (Grahamstown), Mrs. Sheather (Junee), Mrs. Hedson (Narandera). One sister, Mrs. Smart, and one brother, Ernie, predeceased her.[1]
