Charles Wood was a member of the aristocracy in England.

He was the son of Edward Frederick Lindley Wood, 1st Earl of Halifax and Lady Dorothy Evelyn Augusta Onslow.^[1]He was born on the 3rd of October 1912^[1]at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^[2]He married Ruth Alice Hannah Mary Primrose, daughter of the Lady Victoria Alice Louise Stanley and the Rt. Hon. Neil James Archibald Primrose on the 25th of April 1936^[1]at London City, London, England.^[3]He died on the 19th of March 1980 at the age of 67^[1]at York, Yorkshire, England.^[4][5]
