Hi Harold and Patricia, if you agree the sources I've added pertain to this Elizabeth, then could you please set her maiden name to Nelham. If on the other hand you think they're incorrect, then feel free to undo what I've done and it would be useful if you could add a research note explaining why they're wrong to prevent someone else making the same mistake in future.
It appears that the Elizabeth Wood in this profile has migrated to a different Elizabeth Wood. The original entry was for Elizabeth Wood who was married to Alexander Howard. He was born in Tennessee, not England, and married Elizabeth Wood in Jefferson County, TN on January 7, 1800. This profile now shows that Elizabeth Wood was born in 1816 in England, an obvious impossibility. FamilySearch lists an Elizabeth Wood, born 1799 in VA who married Albert Willis Smith in 1833 and also Alexander Howard in 1800. Another impossible marriage! Lots of confusion to be sorted out.
I'm finding it very difficult to find any information on Elizabeth Wood who married Alexander Howard. Based on what little I have found and reasoned through, I doubt that Alexander Howard, born in VA or TN, married Elizabeth Wood born in England. Dates seem to be off by at least a decade, too.
Wood-19831 and Wood-2413 do not represent the same person because: The only similarity between these two ladies is their date of birth. No parents to compare, offspring do not match, spouses do not match, etc.
Prince-1598 and Wood-2413 do not represent the same person because: The MatchBot has suggested this merge multiple times. They still do not represent the same person.
Prince-1598 and Wood-2413 do not represent the same person because: Details for these two ladies is sketchy. However, with different husbands, it is unlikely they are the same person. This merge was previously rejected on September 28, 2015 by Jan North.
Neill-652 and Wood-2413 do not represent the same person because: Elizabeth Neill Wood married Horse Wood on June 24, 1852 in Todd County Ky., Her father was William C Neill and mother Mary Clinton Neill.
Thanks Corinne
