On "the nineteenth day of this instant month of February (1675) John Cobb and John Holmes witnessed Jonathan Wood, alias Atwood's nuncupative will. He left his estate to his siblings (not naming them). On 10 March 1675, John Cobb and John Holmes made oath to his will.[1]
His inventory was taken on 5 April 1676. It included land in "Middlebury". Samuel Wood, alias Atwood took oath on the truth of the inventory on 8 June 1676.[2]
