David Wood was born on October 1, 1714, in Middleborough, Plymouth, Massachusetts, the son of John and Sarah Wood.[1][2]
2 August 1778 David was appointed administrator of the estate of William Wright, his wife's half brother. David died before the estate was settled and his son Joshua was appointed administrator de bonis non[3]
Will
Will dated 16 October 1780, Proved 2 October 1781. Names wife Silence Wood, sons Joshua Wood, Zephania Wood, David Wood, and Joseph Wood. (ordering in the will suggests that maybe Joshua was actually the third son).[4]
