Biography

John, the tenth, youngest and last child of John and Alica Sale; He was married to Mary Whitall, who was the daughter of James Whitall of Red Bank, Gloucester, New Jersey.

They were the parents of, at least, eight children.

John Wood of Woodbury Creek, Gloucester County, yeoman, wrote his will 15d 11m (January) 1744 naming wife Mary and children. Inventory was dated 5d 12m (Feb) 1744.^[1]
