Biography

Roy was a Baptist minister serving in Ohio and Vermont.

Roy, the son of Wesley & Emma (Dyer) Wood, was an American Baptist pastor who served numerous churches. He was in Ashtabula OH, Painesville OH, Erie PA and then in VT: Bristol from Feb 1944 to Nov 1949, Lincoln United (Baptist & Methodist) 1944-1949 and East Poultney 1959-1962.

Roy was married twice: (1) 20 Jun 1908 Lincoln VT Maud Inez Estey ^[1] and (2) Rev. Catherine Harriet Smith.

It was May 1966 when Roy passed away.^[2]
