William Wood was born on 18 Nov 1736 in Harford, Maryland to parents Isaac Wood and Elizabeth Welborn.[1]
He married Margaret Mitchell about 1763 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Children: Isaac B, Sarah, Hannah, Elizabeth, Isaac, Mary, Micajah, Martha, Edward, Nancy Ann, Thomas, Nancy, William, Cicero.
He died on 28 Dec 1806 in Greene, Pennsylvania.[2][3] His will was probated on 28 Dec 1806 in Greene,Pennsylvania.[4]
William Wood served in the military during the Revolutionary War, in the 2nd Battalion, Washington County, Pennsylvania, in Capt Jacob Cisna's Company. His burial card shows Whiteley Township, Mt Pleasant Cemetery.[5]
