Biography

When WILLIAM C WOOD was born on July 22, 1811, in Botetourt, Virginia, his father, WILLIAM, was 31 and his mother, MILDRED, was 27. He married LUCINDA A STARK on February 14, 1839, in Putnam, Indiana.^[1] They had 12 children in 20 years. He died on August 7, 1861, at the age of 50.^[2]
