In 1840 he was living in Busti, Chautauqua, New York.[3]
In 1850 he was living in Busti, Chautauqua, New York.[4] The household included Jeremiah Woodin age 63, Martha Woodin age 56 and John Woodin age 18, all born in New York. Jeremiah was a farmer. George Chandler lived next door.
On 1 Oct 1851 Jeremiah Woodin and his wife Martha sold 60 acres in the town of Busti to George Chandler.[5][6]
In 1855 he was living in Busti, Chautauqua, New York.[7] The household included George Chandler age 38, wife Nancy Chandler age 33, daughter Martha L Chandler age 8, son Benton J Chandler age 6, father-in-law Jeremiah Wooding age 69, mother-in-law Martha Woodin age 63 and Norman Loomis age 55. George and Nancy were born in Pennsylvania and the children in Chautauqua County. Jeremiah and Nancy were born in Schoharie County, and Norman was born in Yates County. George was a farmer. Jeremiah was a retired soldier and farmer. Norman was a cooper.
In 1860 he was living in Ripley, Chautauqua, New York.[8] The household included Alonzo Frank age 44, Jane Frank age 40, Levant C Frank age 18, Harriet M Frank age 13, Jane Ann Frank age 10, Mary O Frank age 8, Nettie B Frank age 0, Jeremiah Woodin age 74 and Martha Woodin age 67. All were born in New York except Jane born in Pennsylvania. Alonzo was a farmer; Levant was doing farm work; Jeremiah had no occupation.
In 1865 he was living in Busti, Chautauqua, New York.[9] The household included Samuel P Wooden age 38, wife Sarah E Wooden age 26, daughter Etta M Wooden age 5, son Scott Wooden age 3, father Jeremiah Wooden age 79 and brother John P Wooden age age 32. Samuel was born in Peru (County ?); Sarah in Genesee County, Ella and Scott in Chautauqua County; Jeremiah in Schoharie County and John in Chautauqua County. Samuel was a farmer. Sarah was a teacher. Jeremiah was a carpenter. John was a farmer working in Ice Creek.
In 1870 he was living in Busti, Chautauqua, New York.[10] The household included Sarah Woodin age 42, Ethi M Woodin age 10, Scott Woodin age 8 and Jeremiah Woodin age 84, all born in New York. Sarah was a farmer.
He died in 1871 in Harmony, Chautauqua County, New York.
He is buried in Busti Cemetery, Busti, Chautauqua County, New York.[11]
