Rollin Simmons Woodruff married Kaomeo E. Perkins [1] on 14 Jan 1880 and they had three children, all of whom died young.

He died on 30 Jun 1925 in Guilford, New Haven County, Connecticut and was buried at Evergreen Cemetery in New Haven, New Haven County, Connecticut, USA. [2]
