Despite extensive searches, there appears to be no contemporary evidence that the wife of Davis Davenport was named Ann Woodruff. There is also no evidence that she is the daughter of John Woodruff. For example, no daughter named Ann is mentioned in his will.^[1] There is a daughter Hannah, but she was under 21 years old when he wrote his will on 14 January 1701, so she cannot be the Ann of this profile who was supposedly having children in the early 1680s.
