Biography

Della was born in 1877. She was the daughter of James Blair Woods and Philindia Catherine (Wagoner) Woods.

Della died at the age of 70 on 6 May 1947 in Coalport, Clearfield Co, PA. Cause of death was Skin Cancer.[1]

Della was buried after 6 May 1947 in New Washington Cem, Clearfield Co, PA Find A Grave: Memorial #156145803.

Miss Jane Nord [Woods] Gorman, widow of the late John K. Gorman, died at her home in Coalport May 6th, after a lingering illness. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. C. P. Schoff of Hagerstown, Md., and Helen, of Chapaqua, NY, and three sons, Kenneth, of Clearfield; and Dan and Floyd, of Coalport; and one sister, Mrs. A. A. Feighner, of Carrolltown. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. daylight time. Burial at New Washington Cemetery.
