Biography

Birth: George Woodward was born on the September 25th 1847, the fifth child of William and Elizabeth (Taylor) Woodward [1] Registration district of Horton Tasmania.

Marriage: George is to marry Anne Carty daughter of Michael and Margaret (Norton) Carty of Emu Bay, on August 19th 1867… [2]

Children: We have it that George and Anne had eleven children over a seventeen-year period, as per the detailed list in the above Profile.

Death: It is registered that George passed away at the Devon Hospital, Latrobe, Tasmania, June 20th 1927. [3]
