James Woodward was baptised at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 19th February 1809.[1] He was the son of James and Mary.
Marriage
James Woodward and Sophia Greenaway were married at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 22nd October 1832. They were bachelor and spinster and both of the parish. They were married by banns and both were illiterate as they made a cross for their mark on the register. The witnesses to the marriage were James Greenaway and Sophia Whitley.[2]
Death
James died in 1838 in Hanborough.[3]. He was buried at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 25th January 1838.[4]
