David Woodward was born [1] 18 Jan 1787, the son of Eleazer Woodward and Hannah Putnam.
David "Woodard" died[2] 15 Mar 1852, Jasper, Steuben County, New York.
He married first [3] [1] Mary Polly Kidder, daughter of Joseph and Polly (Epps) Kidder.
He married second [4] [1] 20 Mar 1820, probably in Lyndeborough, New Hampshire, Elizabeth Danforth, as both were resident of Lyndeborough at the time of the marriage.
