20 THOMAS WOOLLEY, son of John Woolley, 6, born the first day of the month, unfortunately the rest of the date has been worn away; but it would seem to have been about the year 1684; died 1747; married, at the house of Meribah Slocum, in Shrewsbury, Sep. 3, 1707, Patience, daughter of Abraham and Martha Tucker, born 1687.

1701, July 2. Before his own marriage the name of Thomas Woolley appears as a witness but once, when Joseph Wing married Ann Lippincott. After that time it frequently appears until, together with his wife Patience, he signs at the marriage of their son, Thomas Woolley, Jr., and Rachel White, Oct. 15, 1746. Their children were all born at Shrewsbury.
