Elizabeth Worden, wife of Hugh Swansey, was a daughter of Peter Worden and Margaret Grice.[1]
She had a child, John Lewis, Jr., out of wedlock, by John Lewis (a "King's Preacher" who "fledd out of the country"),[2] probably by about 1625.[3]
Elizabeth married Hugh Swansey of Brindle and they had three sons, Edmund, Robert and Hugh. Edmund and Hugh died before 1636, but Robert was living in Mar 1636, the last time his grandfather, Peter Worden is found in England.[3]
Elizabeth died in July 1635 in Kirkham, Lancashire.[2]
