Workman-4095 and Workman-1796 appear to represent the same person because: Workman -4095 is an extension of a valid tree line where as Workman-1796 is a reference with no family connection

Hi Maurie, the two profiles that were proposed in the merge were one with a baptism date of Feb 1614 and another with an estimated and unsourced date of abt 1619. I'm not sure how the Jan 1644 date you give above relates to either of these profiles. These profiles are duplicates of each other and need to be merged to clean up the line. Cheers Elizabeth.
