Biography

Jacob was born in 1734. [1]He married Mary Brown. [2]

Jacob was a First Lieutenant in the Captain Titus Salter's Company that served at Fort Washington, Piscataquea River during the Revolution. After the war he was a Major in the militia. [3]

Jacob Worthen ... He passed away in 1801. [4][5]
