Research Notes
Searching for her parents (searches completed on Familysearch, Ancestry, GRO)
Searched 1901 and 1911 census in England for Adam Wright with a Lillian Wright as another person on the census. There were three records belonging Adam Wright, father born 1851 & Adam Edwin Wright son, born 1896 in Lincolnshire (who could have been her sibling) but the mother's names were Susan and the girl Lilian in their family was born in 1883, not close to 1900.
There were no immigration records that appear to be a match for her in about 1917 (with or without Adam & Mary)
Searched GRO for births of Lilian with MMN Brown. There were 4, but not any seem to connect to a census record that could match
It was possible Lilian was a homechild & knew little about her family names, but a search of (https://www.britishhomechildrenregistry.com/Person/search) yields no results for a child born in about 1900 with her name spelled similarly.
