He was born in May 31, 1929, in Foreman, Ark., to Mack and Mary Ethel "Georgia" (Wilson) Wright, and came to Midwest City in 1959 from Ft. Towson-Swink area. He was a retired Barber, Army Air Corp. Veteran, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Midwest City.
He married Wilma Ruth (Wilson) Wright, in Hugo, OK, on February 08, 1950. He is survived by his wife, Wilma Ruth of the home; 3 sons, John Wright of Midwest City, Jim Wright of OKC and Dean Wright of Springdale, Ark; 1 brother, W.E. "Bill" Wright of Portland, OR; 4 sisters, Opal Stinnett of Swink, OK, Ethel Sutterfield of Bakersfield, CA; Maxie Stalkfleet of Grandview, WA; and Georgia Mae Eden of Modesto, CA; 6 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, February, 28, 1994 at the First Baptist Church of MWF, followed by a 4:00 p.m. graveside service at Swink Cemetery in Swink, OK.
