Lucinda Wright was born on October 28, 1804 in Georgia to Henry and Letty Wright.
At the age of 14 she married Solomon Patton on March 18, 1819 in Oglethorpe, Georgia.[1]

They moved to Lexington, Oglethorpe, Georgia and are indicated on the 1820 US Census. They owned three slaves, two males and 1 female. No names are given.[2]
Lucinda and Solomon moved to Chambers County, Alabama before 1850 and lived there until after 1870. They had thirteen children together.[3][4][5]
Lucinda died in Lisbon, Louisiana on November 17, 1878 and is buried in Lisbon United Methodist Church Cemetery, in Lisbon, Louisiana. She was 74 years old.[6]
