Martha Ellen Wright is the daughter of Uriah P. Wright and Elizabeth Jane (Cross) Wright.

Martha married Jacob Krewson 13 May 1874. They had 14 children and 9 were still living in 1900. Jacob died in 1924

Martha Ellen Wright Krewson was the wife of Jacob Krewson.

Home Advisor, Vienna MO 1936. Martha Ella Krewson, died in her home near Pay Down, Thursday, Jan. 2nd, of old age complications. She was 83 years of age. The body was prepared for funeral by the Carl Birmingham Funeral Service and transported to Royal, MO for burial on January 3rd. She is survived by four sons, Mr. Elige of Henkel, MO., Ed and Hy of Arkansas, and Arthur of St. Louis; daughters, Mrs. Sarah Pope of St. Louis, Mrs. Cora Ballance of Illinois, Mrs. John Backus and Mrs. O.W. Mallow of Maries County. We extend sympathy to the bereaved.
